Plz help in removing Spyware

Somehow I got the Security Toolbar 7.1 installed. Have tried many things but cannot remove it. Your help is appreciated.

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Most forums pin information they want you to have at the top, you need to read and follow the directions.

You have a very nasty infection that will require some work to clean, please keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting until I tell you it is clean. Please follow these directions.

1) Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
(You may edit out Microsoft, Hotfixes, Security Update for Windows XP, Update for Windows XP and Windows XP Hotfix to shorten the list)

2) Thanks to sUBs and anyone else who helped with this fix.

Download ComboFix from Here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) or Here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
