Old stuff lurking about in my closets

I've noticed that these are still listed on my log files and I would like to get them cleaned out of my computer. They are old dregs from when I had Yahoo! install a firewall. These are also listed in the LSP (?) section of my Spybot S&D report, but there's not an uninstall option. I've now got Kaspersky Labs and was trying to rid the computer of all previous antivirus progams and the attachments that came with them. It's obvious I was unsuccessful removing these. Would you please advise me on what action to take, or ignore, as the case may be. Thank you heaps 'n gobs. Tarheel.
