I am at my wits end and about to burn my puter!!! The only way I was able to do this was in safe mode with network access. I can't get online and have tried many times to remove these. I need help. What do I do?

I'm not crazy about working on your Operating System, and I do see malware in the Kaspersky scan. If you will take the time to read and follow the directions which are posted above as well as pinned to the top of this forum, I will see what I can do.

Thanks
