This has been detected by Mcafee Virus scan however not by SPYBOT and thus is not removed by either. Being anoewbie what procedure should I follow to investigate this further.

This has been detected by Mcafee Virus scan however not by SPYBOT and thus is not removed by either. Being anoewbie what procedure should I follow to investigate this further.
We would need logs to analyse, it is possible such an infection utilized the flashsmt.sys rootkit to hide itself.

Usually it depends on how many volunteer helpers are available and how busy the forum is. However if no one has responded by the end of the day, I will make a point of asking someone to take a look. :)
I removed the coding around your logs as we do request they be copy pasted without such, so they are easier to read.
