Control Panel Vanished,Crazy Warning Pop-Ups

Hi, I'm a newb and this is my first post.

Since 10/24 my computer is bombarded with constant pop-ups saying some malicious program is attacking. Main problem , I'm no longer in control. My control panel has vanished into thin air.


I've run a bunch of programs and a Trojan was found and quarantined. I still get the pop-ups and my control panel is still missing.

Please help if you can.
