Hi over the last few days a message services.exe had encountered a problem and needs to close appears. 1 min countdown then shutdown. Online virus checker found virus's. Below are my HUJ and online scanner..

1) Error messages have to be posted word for word for us to be able to research tem, that may not even be a malware problem?

2) You cut off the Kaspersky report, please do not post it all over again, rather post the part you cut off down to here:

3) http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< download Smitfraudfix from here and follow ONLY these directions.

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Sorry about the delay in responding but I have been waiting for the computer to crash. It worked ok 4 the last few days until now...

Thanks for returning your information and the feedback. We are dealing with a rootkit infection: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rootkit
From the Smitfraudfix report: pe386 detected, use a Rootkit scannerIt also detected other infection so let's clean this junk first to see what happens.

1) http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< tutorial if needed

Clean:
Reboot your computer in Safe Mode (before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually)
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 2 and hit Enter to delete infect files.
You will be prompted: Do you want to clean the registry ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): Replace infected file ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Optional:
To restore Trusted and Restricted site zone, select 3 and hit Enter.
You will be prompted: Restore Trusted Zone ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to delete trusted zone.
Note, if you use SpywareBlaster and/or IE-SPYAD, it will be necessary to re-install the protection both afford. For SpywareBlaster, run the program and re-protect all items. For IE-SPYAD, run the batch file and reinstall the protection.

2) Download rustbfix from here (http://www.uploads.ejvindh.net/rustbfix.exe) and save it to your desktop.
Double click on rustbfix.exe to run the tool.
If a Rustock.b-infection is found, you will shortly hereafter be asked to reboot the computer.
The reboot will probably take quite a while, and perhaps 2 reboots will be needed.
But this will happen automatically.
After the reboot 2 logfiles will open (C\avenger.txt & C\rustbfix\pelog.txt).
Post the content of these logfiles along with a new HijackThis log.

Post the C:\rapport.txt from Smitfraudfix also.

1) You posted the same C:\rapport.txt both time.

2) You post a HJT log with an obsolete version:
