Browser Help Question/Immunize Page

I have Spybot Search & Destroy Version 1.4 and have a question on the Immunize page. Should "Enable permanent blocking of bad addresses in IE" be enabled? It also says there; "Browser Helper to block bad downloads is not installed". What should I do with these? Thanks for your time.

Do you have admin rights?
Perhaps you have not installed the bad downloadblocker. I would recommend to install a fresh version - as Spybot 1.5 is already available.

Thanks I will get version 1.5. Do I need to uninstall 1.4 first, and is there a cleanup tool needed? I seem to remember when installing 1.4, I had some issues, and needed to run some sort of cleanup tool. Thanks for your time.
