Microsoft.windows security center disabled *system very slow*

My son is all over the internt and uses AIM constantly. I just did a fresh install of XP due to a virus. 2 weeks later the system is back to running very slow. I took 3 minutes to open spybot.
I just ran spybot and it found "Microsoft security center disabled" I have fixed this issue before through spybot and it returns.
Here is HJT log from tonight.

Hi Mark, I took a quick look and I see no "malware" in this log, here is what I do see.

1) Appears you missed the information I posted above and that is pinned to the top of the forum because your HJT log is out of date and you have not posted the required Kaspersky scan.

2) For your information: not "maware" but read about it:

For your information, Viewpoint is installed by aol probably without your knowledge. I suggest you uninstall this resource waster in Add Remove programs.

Here is the Kaspersky scan I ran today.
It says it found nothing wrong but the system is VERY slow. It is taking about 4 minutes to start up the computer and took about 5 minutes for spybot to start. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'll make a couple of suggestions, but first I will say it takes every bit as long as that for my computer to startup. I load my firewall (ZA) antivirus (AVG) SpywareGuard (which I use instead of TT) and I also load MSNIM. That is not a unreasonable amount of time for start up.

You may want to make sure nothing you don't need is starting at bootup, see this information: http://www.netsquirrel.com/msconfig/msconfig_xp.html
Be sure not to turn off any of your security programs.

You should also look at the information I postrf in #3 to make sure you have tired those suggestions to make the computer run as good as possible.

Thank you for the help.
I ran PC PITSTOP and made the recommended changes as well as those you suggested. It made a little difference but I think the majority of my issue is that it is an older system. I just must be more aware of the issue since I had to wipe the system clean due to a virus.
