Hello miza77

Welcome to Safer Networking.

Please read Before You Post (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)
That said, All advice given by anyone volunteering here, is taken at own risk.
While best efforts are made to assist in removing infections safely, unexpected stuff can happen.

Lets do a few things.

Download ComboFix from Here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) or Here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post the Combofix log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

This is important, do this before you post a HJT log
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe<-- Right click on Hijackthis.exe ( looks like a man with a spyglass )and rename it to miza77.exe

I need to see the Combofix report and a new HJT log renamed please.

Hi Ken,

Unfortunately, when I was running ComboFix, my Norton A/V 2004 halt the computer and stalled it. Thereafter, I reset my notebook and it was unable to boot into Windows.

The system error is "lsass.exe" not able to launch. Is there anything for me to remedy the situation?

I had installed another XP OS into my notebook and I was not able to access to my previous folders, such as "My Document".

Thanks.

Combofix does not remove anything that would harm your computer.

You can try pressing the power button and as soon as it starts booting up tap the F8 key somewhat rapidly ( dont hold it down ) and a menu should pop up, use your arrow keys to scroll to Last Known Good and hit enter on your keyboard and see if that will get you going.

I had tried to boot into Safe Mode etc, but the same problem appear.

I wonder if there's anyway to salvage the situation now.

You can try posting in one if these forums to see if they can get you going.
