I was wondering if he is still around on the forum to give some better explanations for these security tweaks--the post was made May 2006, and not many comments followed.

I've been playing around with his tweaks a little. Found a couple of inconsistencies. Made a few reg files for them. Have a few questions.

But mostly I would like some better explanations of the tweaks.
