about 1 in 4 times i click on a link to a site i get a popup that says that i have been infected with spyware and that i should run my antispyware but i know that they are trying to get me to download their "antispyware" and then put more spyware on my computer. i dont know how to get rid of it and it is really bothering me. please help.
