Spybot 1.5 slow to load

It seems to take a long time for Spybot to startup after double clicking on the desktop icon. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still have the same problem. Is it normal for Spybot to delay for some time before starting up?

We already have located the startup problems in Spybot S&D version 1.5 and fixed it:
