Understanding Immunize for 1.5.1.15

I don't understand the new Immunize results screen.
All the options are selected (checked).
There are several that have an Unprotected count.
What is being counted?
Are the unprotected items a cause for concern?
If so, How do I fix it?
I have a unprotected count of 72 for several categories;
Firefox - 3,
I. E (32bit) - 1,
I.E. 32/64 - 5
There is also an unprotected count of one fr several entries.

If you are not immunizing with full administrator rights, Spybot-S&D might not have enough permissions to fully immunize
all user accounts.

If you are using Windows Vista, you should also read this FAQ entry about getting Administrator rights under Vista.

As a current solution you can try to "Undo" the Immunisation. Now the bad products are allowed.
Then "Immunize" again. This should solve the problem for now.

Another thing though is that immunization only works properly while your browser is closed, since otherwise your browser will overwrite immunization from time to time from the settings it loaded when it was started.

Thank you for the reply.
I do have administrative rights
I do not have Vista. I have XP SP2.
I exited both Firefox and I.E.
I did undo and then Immunize
The counts got much worse for unprotected entries.
Then I did immunize repeatedly selecting only one Check box at a time.
Now all unprotected counts are zero.
