Hello and welcome to the forum. I don't see much but I will remove it and see what happens. Let's do this:
It appears one of your items is a trojan, tried to infect my computer when I was checking it.

1) You are running HJT from a Temp folder and it needs a permanent folder to safely store logs and backups. I prefer C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. If you need more instructions use these: http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm

2) This may be CWS let's find out. Download CWShredder from here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Popup-Ad-Spyware-Blockers/CWShredder.shtml update the program if available then choose to FIX not scan. Allow the program to run and remove anything it locates. Let me know the results.

3) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

(this first is very nasty)
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = *hot-searches.com*;*lender-search.com*

(unless you are positive these 015 lines are safe check and remove them)
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.krey.net
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://blogs.skynet.be
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://users.skynet.be
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.snapfiles.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.togenblik.be
O16 - DPF: {10954C80-4F0F-11D3-B17C-00C0DFE39736} - hXXp://hot.thebugs.ws/fav.exe
(the above item is a trojan ActiveX)
O18 - Filter: text/html - (no CLSID) - (no file)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Enable hidden files&folders..reverse the process when finished.
http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html

RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\Windows\Prefetch\ >>> delete everything in this folder (NOT THE FOLDER)
Prefetch info: http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/Gaining-Speed-Empty-Prefetch-XP.html

Unless you have a good cleaner, use this one with these directions.
Download CCleaner from this link: http://www.ccleaner.com/ Review the instructions http://www.ccleaner.com/help/tour1.asp
Run CCleaner, Windows & Applications when you run the registry cleaner (Issues) you will be prompted to backup before you can remove stuff, make sure you do.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log, any information about the CWS scan and your feedback about how the computer is running now.

Thanks...pskelley
