Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.
You are probably right, a hidden Vundo infection but I see signs of Smitfraud also. I need to collect some information. If you want help, read the directions I posted and wait until I ask for the Kaspersky scan to run it.
This infection can be tough to remove so keep the computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk can downoad more and do not expect easy.
Please do this:
1) C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe <<< return here and rename HJT.exe, call it Teppesh.exe or whatever you wish. The next HJT log after a restart should show the infection.
2) http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< download Smitfraudfix from here and follow ONLY these directions.
Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt
Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

You renamed it fine and the Vundo infection is visable, but you posted the HJT log twice? I need to rule out Smitfraud first, so post the C:\rapport.txt from Smitfraudfix and then I will edit out one of those HJT logs to save space.

Thanks, Smitfraudfix has found that infection so we will deal with it first, follow these directions.

Clean:
Reboot your computer in Safe Mode (before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually)
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 2 and hit Enter to delete infect files.
You will be prompted: Do you want to clean the registry ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): Replace infected file ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt
Optional:
To restore Trusted and Restricted site zone, select 3 and hit Enter.
You will be prompted: Restore Trusted Zone ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to delete trusted zone.
Note, if you use SpywareBlaster and/or IE-SPYAD, it will be necessary to re-install the protection both afford. For SpywareBlaster, run the program and re-protect all items. For IE-SPYAD, run the batch file and reinstall the protection.
Post the C:\rapport.txt and a new HJT log.

Thanks to Atribune and any others who helped with this fix.
Please understand these hackers can call there junk anything they wish. Vundofix may not know the files at first, but it will learn. You want to run the fix until you see all Vundo files say: "Has been deleted"
Please download VundoFix.exe (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4) to your desktop
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThislogin a reply to this thread.Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove. In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button" when VundoFix appears upon rebooting.

OK, I ran Vundofix, but it didn't find anything. I also didn't get a report from it, but I have a new highjackthis one.It is very important you post the information I request. Without it I can not see what has happened when the tool has run. Look here: C:\vundofix.txt and copy/paste the infomation in that notepad to this topic.
Please read and follow these directions carefully and in the posted order.
1) Open Vundofix by Doubleclicking on it, then point your mouse to the white box above the buttons and right click, then click on Add More Files. When the next window opens, copy and paste the files into the boxes and click on Add File(s), then click on Close Window. Then click Remove Vundo.
These are the files you are to add:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mljhgde.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\jkhfd.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mcbylbki.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\lmljtwih.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\fomyugkl.exe
2) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.
3) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.
4) Disable the Service
Click Start > Run and type services.msc
Scroll down to DomainService and right click on it.
Click Properties and under Service Status click Stop, then under Startup Type change it to Disabled.
5) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

6) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\lmljtwih.dll <<< delete that file
(these files may be gone, just do not miss them)
7) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
Restart the computer and post a new HJT log and some feedback.

OK, now I already had my hidden files shown, and stopped the domain Services as well as adding file extensions as shown. I still could not find the files you specified;
C:\WINDOWS\system32\fomyugkl.exe <<< delete that file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\lmljtwih.dll <<< delete that file
Also from what I've read from the Vondo report. I guess, Attempting to delete C:\WINDOWS\system32\mljhgde.dll

Thanks for returning your information and the feedback. This is the only Vundo item I see in this HJT log:

Open Vundofix again and add that file: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ssqpn.dll
Let's see if it will remove it. You will know because you will see if the Vundofix report says it deleted it. If all goes well, let's run Kaspersky to see if anything is hiding. Before you run it remove all of the tools we used, make sure to delete C:\Vundofix Backups\
You can keep ATF-Cleaner if you wish.
Run this online scan using Internet Explorer:
Kaspersky Online Scanner from http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
Next Click on Launch Kaspersky Online Scanner
You will be prompted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
* The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
* Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
* Now click on Scan Settings
* In the scan settings make that the following are selected:

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:

Alright, I deleted the named files and I am running a new Kaspersky scan right now. I have to go to work so I won't be able to post the results until late tonight, CST, which I know is very late for you, so I know you won't be seeing the results till morning. Eitherway, thank you for all you've done so far and I hope this time it shows up clean. =)
OK, here's the Kaspersky report. Looks like there's still some nastiness on the drive. Though not nearly as much as was found on the last scan, so it's progress. :D:
