Need help removing spyware

[hellhound]

I've never been hit by malware like this before, so I have no idea what to do. I think there's some trojan horses in my computer but I can't find it. After briefly reading your guide I've decided to post the HJK log that I've used. I'm currently having AVG free edition and Ad-Aware 2007. Hope this info helps.

I'm also using the free spyware doctor, and it detected 9 threats and 65 infections.

They are:

Adware.Zango_Search_Assistant

Adware.Caishow

Can anyone tell me what this means? And how do I fight it?

Sorry for triple posting, but I forgot to mention one thing. After every 10 minute or so, a pop-up appears telling me that my computer is copying information or something like that, and they ask me to do a full scan by clicking YES. I have asked a friend of mine and he said to ignore that.
