ok, let me start off by saying i am a complete jackass with computers and computer lingo, but can definitely tinker around with them enough to fix a problem if given proper instructions. here is my latest:
i am getting a flashing error box on the side of my screen (about 4 of the same message) which says:
"registry change denied -- resident denied the change of ITBarLayout (category User-specific browser toolbar) based on your black list." i have absolutely no idea how to make this go away and it's getting really obnoxious. help!
