Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Let me provide you with some information:

1) I am responding because this girl probably does not know how serious this is, out of concern for her. I notice the last time you posted, a helper responded and you never bothered.
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=2004

2) A remote repair (one on one) is hard to do. You are considering a three way which is near impossible, I suggest you think about that as I proceed.

3) The instructions pinned to the top of the forum and posted above were not read and followed, I can wait until I need it for the Kaspersly scan results, but can not proceed with an out of date HJT log. Instructions are there for the version needed.

4) This computer has some nasty infections, first this one:
F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\shell.exe
I am not at all positive what this one is but since SDFix removes it I know it is a backdoor trojan, here is the Google:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=shell.exe&btnG=Google+Search
If you wish to scan it to see what it is use one or more of these free online scans:
http://virusscan.jotti.org/
http://www.kaspersky.com/scanforvirus
http://www.virustotal.com/

Since I have serious suspicions this is a backdoor trojan, I believe you should consider this information:
How Do I Handle Possible Identify Theft, Internet Fraud and CC Fraud?
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10451

When Should I Format, How Should I Reinstall
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10063

5) You also have a Vundo infection which is tough to remove.

6) To be safe, if this computer is used at all for any secure reasons, I would pull the plug until you have time to think about how to proceed.

I would appreciate a response this time.

Thanks...Phil
