Black & White lists gone

Greetings all,
I updated to 1.5 (it was 1.15 as I remember)
Installed over 1.4.just to keep all my settings as it was suggested.
Yes, I knew about second entry in Add/Remove but I got rid of it easy... that is not my main Q.

So, all settings were intact except I did have like 12 in "Allow reg Changes" and a few in "Blocked reg Changes"
They all were gone ???? was it by design?

now using 1.5.1.17beta with solved slow startup ... have some Q, but those are for different thread(s)

Yes, the b/w lists have a slightly updated format, and continuing to use the 1.4 b/w lists might have led to consistency problems, so 1.5 starts with blank lists.
