cscu.dll removal

Hi there,

I have Got a Trojan Horse PSW Generic5 VXD infection which I cannot remove. It is located in C:\windows\system32\cscu.dll

I have tried:
SpyBot
AVG
DOS commands (del /f)
avenger.exe

I have also tried sending it to 'Jotti' (not allowed) and other recommendations by Shaba in:

All without success

I would greatly appreciate your help.

Copy/paste the Trend Micro HijackThis 2.0.2 log and result of the on-line anti virus scan into a new topic, I will close this one as helpers look for zero response.
