Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Sorry for the wait but you appear to have missed this information Pinned to the top of the forum.
The Waiting Room
http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=37

If you have not been helped elsewhere, be aware you are about as infected as I have seen recently. There are multiple infections and my first advice would be to stay offline except when troubleshooting. If you are not comfortable working on your computer you may want to seek local professional help, this will not be fast and it will not be easy. If you can work with that, this is how to start.

Pinned to the top of this forum and posted above are the directions. Read them and then post the correct HJT log Version 2.0.2, do run and post a Kaspersky scan until I request it.

Thanks
