can't run spybot on my computer

my computer does not let me run spybot to clean it, it shows me the massage "can't find spybot.exe" and i can't install any new programs or update it from microsoft web site. Any help will be apreciated

Try to run in "safe mode" that is restart windows in safe mode and run Spybot.
