Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Do not run and post the Kaspersky scan results until I request them.

You should be telling us what is wrong? The only major problem I see is this:

C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_03\ <<< BADLY out of date, download the newest version of Java and uninstall all old versions in Add Remove programs.

If you have malware issues, please tell us about them, describe the symptoms, tell us what program is reporting them and what it is reporting. If you are receiving error messages, report those "word for word".
If you have no malware problems then you should not be posting in this forum.
