I know that there are already post about removing this virus. However, I am afraid of trying the steps listed on my own as Im not sure of what I am removing. I can afford to reformat, So help is greatly appreciated! thanks again :]

Hello Fraxineus and welcome to the Forums :)

You're infected.

You're using an old version of HijackThis (1.99.1), please remove it.

We'll use the latest version.

Download HJTInstall.exe (http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe) to your Desktop.
Doubleclick HJTInstall.exe to install it.
By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
Click on Install.
It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.

Don't use the Analyse This button, its findings are dangerous if misinterpreted.
DO NOT have Hijack This fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Please download VundoFix.exe (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4) to your desktop.
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.

Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.
