Thanks for returning your information, combofix did find some junk. I suggest you do this:

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O15 - Trusted Zone: http://*.trymedia.com (HKLM)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart your computer and see how it's running. Since I doubt you have had time to look at the suggestions in the link I provided, I suggest you do so.

To see if it finds any issues. I would be glad to advise you if you post a link to your Test Results.

You can remove combofix from your computer, be sure to delete the C:\qoobox\quarantine\ folder also.
