Any help on this would be apprici8ed... thx

I have several isses.

First, unwanted popups & can not access control panel. There is another post on this forum that uses this as the title, but I can not find the solution in the post

Second, two files, fastfind and autorun, are showing up in startup folder. No matter how many times I delete them they do not go away.
