No yes button in tea timer

I uninstalled spybot S&D 1.3 then installed S&D 1.4 and now when tea timer detects a reg change it pops up it's window but there is no button to allow the change. The buttons that are there the graphics are all messed up and none of them work. I tried reinstalling a few times but it does the same every time. Any suggestions?:confused:
