View Full Version : SPYBOT shuts down PC at completion (not too hot)

Hi - I have a 2GHz P4 in a tower case that is clean inside and runs great otherwise. I'm running WINXPHome SP2. I also run NOD32 every day (which also clean anti-spyware). I built the machine myself and believe it to be clean.

Oddly, Spybot (1.4 AND latest 1.5), runs great, but both turn the machine off when they complete. .

I run it from scheduled tasks as follows..

"C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\SpybotSD.exe" /autoupdate /AUTOCHECK /AUTOFIX /AUTOCLOSE /taskbarhide

I'm wondering if one of these options now forces a shutdown and whether I should use a different one.

Thanks
