Had multiple infections including Smitfraud ControlService and others. Used several programs to clear majority of infections, but rqrsssp.dll has persisted as Virtumonde infection, and wuauclt.exe recently appeared, but may not be malign.

Instructions to follow "BEFORE you POST" have been read and performed; KAV log and HTJ log follow. S&D log available upon request.

My apologies, I have not checked mail the last two days due to work.

I have already completed clearing my machine...although everyone's situation is always different and it is not recommended to duplicate any process, I was able to use much of what you had covered with another person, and then searched for each next step, reading dozens (hundreds) of posts before taking the next one.

You and the others here have a wealth of information, and your work here is greatly appreciated...even though you did not assist directly, I thank you and the others for your efforts, which enabled me to clear the infection myself. I am also grateful for the wealth of tools and recommendations to prevent any future occurrences.

Keep up the good work, and feel free to close this thread!
