mgrs.exe and other ads keep popping up.

I've installed the latest version of the spybot. It was able to detect mgrs.exe process and terminate it. It keeps popping into the c:\windows\ folder everytime I deleted it. Spybot keeps killing the process but it keeps on coming back. Please help!!!! Here's the hijackthis log.
