Hello to y'all,

I'm new,

1 have two PC's connected via ADSL-router.
One of them recently started to be very slow in every action.
Searching for malware removers I istumbled upon Hijackthis.
I ran the program on the other PC wich is not yet infected (I thought). The log gave this.
I'm not sure about several lines:These I have put in a lining.
Two files I'm sure alre malware: lines 04 NeroCheck.exe and 04 jusched.exe.

Also in my opinion there are way too many running processes.

Can anyone help me with this?

Tanx in advance,
Sander

pskelley,
Thanks for your advice.

I looked up two of the files (jusched and nerocheck) and on several of the sites you advices they are known as malware and could be removed. I did so and in my humble opinion the PC is faster.
However, on other sites and in your comment you the 2 files should be legit.
I'm a bit confuse, should I place them back using systemrestore or can I go on whitout troubles?

Kind regards,

Sander35

BTW: I'm using Ad-Aware SE, Spybot (+ teatimer), Advanced WindowsCare V2 and Spywareblaster, and
Always on is AVG. (And DiskCleaner to get rid of most of the TEMP files)

I can tell you this, the Java scheduler is buggy and does not work well anyway, plus it uses resources. It would have been easier to uncheck autoupdates. The other item, if it is this:

nerocheck.exe is a process associated the with Nero CD writing software. It is used to install or control the Nero driver nerocd2k.sys application. This process should not be removed while using the Nero CD Writing software.if you use it or not is up to you.

Here is some great information from experts in this field that will help you stay clean and safe online.
