I have run Kaspersky and did spybot in safe mode three times each time zlob dns changer.rtk showed up. I also ran HJTI and will send in second post. Help.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your Desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log in the forum please.

1) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune

Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

2) We need to disable your Windows Defender Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.
Open Windows Defender, Click on Tools, General Settings.
Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.
After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.

3) TeaTimer will block changes we must make, use these instruction to turn it off until we are done.

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

5) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart and post a new HJT log and some feedback.

Thanks for returning your HJT log and the feedback. That sounds good but we have a bit more to do.

The HJT log appears clean of malware:bigthumb:

C:\quarantine\ <<< delete the contents of that quarantine folder, delete the folder if you do not need it.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Recovery\ <<< delete the contents of Spybot S&D's Recovery folder.

These may be gone, check and delete them if they are there:

* Save the file to your desktop.

Then post it here.

I do not need to see a clean scan results, just let me know so I can post valuable closing information.

C:\System Volume Information\_restore{F1B2BA07-194A-4D07-A81B-AB45B1AD7C8C}\RP1\A0000406.exe Infected: Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Agent.hw skipped

MANUAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SYSTEM RESTORE
Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Reboot

Turn ON System Restore,
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

That should give you a clean Kaspersky scan.
