Critical Error - and Trojan infection

Hi i don't know too much about this, but I've tried several spysweeps, and antinorton virus scan. I have a critical error message appear everytime my internet page changes. The message reads "that my system has been infected with trojan.win32.Obfuscated.gx", it then tries to get me to direct me to a page for help, the page is ie defender. my spysweeper says it is on a block list so i know it is bad. Also i get these weird errors in my searched on google and yahoo displaying pornography. Can someone help me fix this problem?
