critical error - trojan.win32.Obfuscated.gx [Archive]

I wrote earlier, and folled the instruction with the spybot, it detected three items. Also here is the hyjack log. The error tries to direct me to a site to download a high tech anti spyware device, but i know it's a fraud. It pops up everytime the window changes, whether in my computer, or the internet.

Why does no one answer to this error on any thread it is on, is it because there is no solution? Please help me find a solution.

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

You do understand we volunteer to do this and I can not answer for others, but I tend to help the ones who follow directions and patiently wait their turn. Since you posted one day and then added to your post the next, have not posted a required Kaspersky scan, I would say you have done neither of those. I will have to assume you will now read the directions and show some of that patience.

I do not want to see the Kaspersky scan now until I request it.

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
