1.5 version is very slow compare to 1.3

Hi,
I changed of release from 1.3 to 1.5.15 without changing nothing to the configuration of my windows xp home.
First I deleted the 1.3 to install the 1.5 after that .
--> The loading popup with the loading bar take more than one minute to appear with disappearance of the cursor ?
--> The home page is so long to appear ...
(Sory for my english: I am french ).

PM is a Personal Message which you can send to every user in the forum. But some users try to PM team members and asking for help. But help is offered by several users, team members and trained volunteers and not only from one person.
