Help, new to this

I found dropper.ragger on my latest search. I have read up on other threads about this dropper.ragger, and what I found was to run my computer in safe mode, and delete dropper.ragger through safe mode. I did, and then ran spybot in regular mode and dropper.ragger is still appearing. Help please, and keep it simple. Thanks for the help.
