HELP!!! Trojan.win32.linkreplacer I think!! [Archive]

Started getting a pop-up today saying I have a trojan.win32.linkreplacer and I need to download there anti spyware. I have not been able to find a fix for this on any websites. Any help would be much appreciated.

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

You have a bunch of infected junk (BearShare?) including
this: Trojan-Spy.Win32.KeyLogger.bp
are you aware of the kind of junk you are downloading?

Instructions start here:

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
