I haven't been able to access msn messenger or my hotmail email account for about a week. Today I found from one of my friends that she's been receiving porn messages from my ID. Looks like someone has stolen my msn identity and blocked me (perhaps the block is on my IP address?....I can still access hotmail from my work computer). I'm not sure what I can do. I cannot access my account to cancel it. I have emails in my hotmail box that may have some of my important passwords etc.
Can anyone help?

Download and install TrendMicro HijackThis (http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe)
* Once installed open HijackThis by clicking Start > Programs > HijackThis and click the button labeled
Do a system scan only
* Click the scan button in the lower left hand corner of the interface and HijackThis will quickly scan your system.
* Once the scan is complete the scan button will now read save log. Click this button to save the log file to your PC. Once you select where you would like to save the file it will open in your systems default text editor. Typically this application is Notepad. Post the log here.

Everything seems to be in order. Does your friend still get those messages? What kind of messages (if those contain web address replace http with hxxp to make the link not clickable and post here)?
