Blacklist?

I've got a question, when my Spybot SD say "55940 processes blacklisted" Is this how many spywares etc. it can identify during scan, or is that how many it has detected on my computer? :o because that would be alot of spyware :red:

It's how many it has immunized your computer against (i.e. so they can't infect you)
