Strains of infections not removed...HELP

I used spyware S&D and have noticed the same particular malware constantly reappearing after some time, no matter how many times I try to remove it. Also according to my other current anti-virus software.. They can't detect and other forms of malware.. HOWEVER I used a free scan and it detected 83 strains of virus and this is obviously worrying me. I need help for finally disinfecting my computer of these once and for all! Help please?

I include a link to an image of the particular malware that keeps coming up.. Its the bottom one listed..It is hosted from a reliable well known site photobucket so no dodgy links.
