Registry chg denied - User Blacklist

My PC is continually having Resident showing the following in my system tray;

Registry change denied
Identified as User blacklist

Resident denied the change of gebcyya (category Winlogon Notifiers) based on your blacklist

I have followed your procedures on how to post and hope you can be of some assistance

Now having said that, and also saying I see nothing wrong in the HJT log, I will comment that:
gebcyya <<< looks like a Vundo file? You have mentioned no symptoms of Vundo, and they would be there, it is a prolific popup maker usually directing you to rouge malware removers like Winfixer.
If you feel you need to check for that infection, do this:
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe <<< return here and rename HJT, call it topov.exe that will work. Restart the computer and we should see the infection in the new HJT log if it is present.
