"Outer info" came for christmas. How to make it go?

After removing some "spyguard" antivirus virus i started to get this outer info pop-ups. In the start up programs menu "outer info" appears as regular software, but explorer cannot uninsta it or even identify it's location. Either spybot or avast or ccleaner could fix detect it or make it go.
