EXP/MS05-002.Ani.A & a "general trojan"

A couple of days ago I was apparently infected with SpySheriff & PestTrap & another 20 or so other gems. I've since used Spybot to successfully remove these bugs, but now, I keep getting virus reports saying, "....detected the exploits EXP/MS05-002.Ani.A" every time I am on the internet. The other anti-virus programme I am using is also detecting a "general trojan". I dutifully deny access to the former & delete the trojan as directed. I then run the virus programs & delete the EXP/MS05-002.Ani.A viruses which are invariably found again. This situation seems to be repeating over & over. Help please!!!
