Icons in Windows Explorer Gone Malware?

Hey Guys,

Ran spybot removed a lot of stuff. I do have a Smitfraud-c. coreservice entry (4). I can't access my progam folders because when I open up anything with explorer there is only a small box in the upper left hand corner. Oddly it does say I have 5 objects but I they are not visible. I have Kaspersky but it is not coming up with anything. Ran the Smitfraud fix and still nothing. combofix.exe (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your desktop.
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your
next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause
it to stall
