Infected Laptop - Trojan?? Help Please

Hi
Had problems about a week ago with a pop-up when opening web pages.
The HJT log is below followed by the Kaspersky Log in the second post. It looks as though I am infected - I would be very grateful for any help (I have run Spybot but did not make any Directory or Registry changes) Thanks

Thanks for the prompt reply. I will delete the items you suggest.
One further question - when I run Spybot I found Cookies, Directories and Registry items in RED[COLOR="Black]. Is it OK to delete all the Directory and Registry items?

To tell you the truth, I use Spybot, run it once a month or so when I update but I do not allow cookies on my computer, except for the occasional one I have to allow for a password or such. Then I override for that item.
So, I never have cookies for Spybot to delete. Here are tutorials that should answer the questions though.

Hi Have run as requested - also changed to Kaspersky Internet Security and run it. The main scan shows no infections but when I run the Kaspersky online scanner I got the following. I was wondering if you have any thoughts on how to get rid of the last two? (They seem to be related to system restore points)
