View Full Version : Opera urlfilter.ini immunization

I used the search function for this issue but had no luck finding anything referring to what I found out.

I noticed that some of the lines added to Opera's urlfilter.ini by SSD are missing Asterisks (*).
This leads to urls/addresses NOT being blocked at all.

Example:

http://adserver.ads/adpages/
(ads are still being displayed, no blocking)

http://adserver.ads/adpages/*
(blocks the address/url, no ads)

This is a little bit annoying since every single line has to be edited by hand after each update/new immunization and the updates produce duplicates as well (same url, one with and one without the wildcard).

It would be nice to have that function changed so the users won't have to edit the file over and over again.

Greetings,
Ruskin

Thanks! I've added this issue (http://forums.spybot.info/project.php?issueid=154) where you can keep track of it :)
