Very malicious something...

Since yesterday I have been infected with probably a virus which does not let me enter any microsoft site, including my email and messenger and also it does not allow activex controls to run in my pc so that I can do an online virus scan. My antivirus is PANDA ans it seems it cannot do anything about it. I also ran spybot and adware but nothing changed. Please help. Here below the log of Hijackthis. Thank you.
