We have run the Spybot in normal and safe modes to clean the system. We have run ad-aware to clean the systems, and AGV to clean system. We have provided the Kaspersky and HJT reports. The HJT is below.

I deleted all items in the Java cache and the temp folders as instructed.

The two files you scanned with http://www.virustotal.com I don't understand the numbers you posted, you should have received a report as to if the files were malware or not? Kaspersky seems to think they are.

The odd thing about these two files is that I do not see them in the D: drive within the Windows explorer. All that I see are my Digidesign databases which I expected.
I was experiencing a pop up warning window that would say "Your PC is infected by a trojan - Win32/Qoologic It's dangerous for your system (critical files can be lost)! Click ok to download the antispyware program to clean your system! (Recommended)". This would happen when using Internet Explorer when we would change from one web site to another web site. When I would do a google search on any topic it was bringing up porn sites and also would redirect to porn sites when clicking on a link from the google search results. Two days ago, I received microsoft updates and downloaded IE7. Since that time the warning has ceased to pop up. Also, the weekly full scan by AVG took place and it fixed errors, but I failed to note what files it cleaned. I will re-run the HJT and post in another reply. Thanks,

Thanks for all the feedback, you can see the two files are adware in the very least. You will have to decide if you wish to allow them or not. While the computer is probably a well built one, upper management and some of their decisions is certainly questionable recently. My suggestion would be to delete those files. You can move them to the Recycle Bin and wait a week or two before dumping the bin if you wish to be sure HP has not tied the junk to something you need.

Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.

Let's have a last look with Kaspersky, please don't post a clean scan result and use these settings. Provide some feedback about performance.
Run this online scan using Internet Explorer:
Kaspersky Online Scanner from http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
Next Click on Launch Kaspersky Online Scanner
You will be prompted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
* The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
* Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
* Now click on Scan Settings
* In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
* Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
* Standard
* Scan Options:
* Scan Archives
* Scan Mail Bases
* Click OK
* Now under select a target to scan:
* Select My Computer
* This will program will start and scan your system.
* The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
* Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
* Now click on the Save as Text button:
* Save the file to your desktop.
Then post it here.
