help! i can't get rid of command service and network monitor. when i run spybot S&D, it says that it can't get rid of it because it's in use and I should restart and it will fix the problem. but i restart and it doesn't.
also, i've been reading previous posts about this and i don't know what it is talking about. what is hijackthis? thank you verrry much!
