I'm enraged at myself - I really should have known better, but I installed a Keygen for my sister's game, and was soon confronted with a system-clogging flood of malware. In previous situations such as this I would have reformatted and reinstalled, but since I just did that yesterday, I'd like to see if I can recover. Here is the HJT log from safe mode:

I'm not surprised that you got infected as there seems to be no antivirus nor firewall installed.
